Little Robin Patchwork - vintage fabrics

I have designed this 'patchwork' to showcase some really lovely vintage French and English cotton prints, which I have put with some of my own hand-dyed plains in toning shades. Onto the plains I have stitched applique hearts; there are also four applique robins, cut from my own dyed cottons. Each of the tiny fabric squares is hand-stitched into place with twelve stitches, and the whole design is set within a running stitch grid worked in hand-dyed varigated threads.
 
The frame is lightly distressed whitened wood measuring 8"/20cms square, the title: 'Little Robin 'Patchwork' - vintage fabrics' is written on the mount  and it is signed. The work will arrive glazed, corded, ready to hang, with my studio stamp on the back.
